Seacliff in East Lothian might just be one of the most breathtaking locations I’ve ever visited. Located right beside Edinburgh, you’ll find yourself to be at an extraordinary location that isn’t far out of the city. Once you’re there, there is a car park located conveniently beside the beach which makes life easier - especially when you’re on a mission to capture a secret marriage proposal and have to be all secretive....
A while ago, Steven reached out to us looking for a photographer to document his big moment of getting down on one knee and asking his love of life to marry him. He knew he wanted to do get down on one knee at a beach since Sarah had something for beaches but wasn’t sure where exactly this would be. So we setup a video call to discuss some ideas and eventually, we pinpointed a dramatic, yet intimate location on top of a cliff at Seacliff, East Lothian. Super!!!
Next up was the logistics so we came up with a signal, so I was ready for the big moment... the rest, well a story to be unfolded through photographs...
